原來日(ri)常用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備中除(chu)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻性(xing)負載,大部分是感(gan)性(xing)負載,像(xiang)日(ri)光(guang)燈(deng)、變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器、發動機等。這些感(gan)性(xing)負載,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源相(xiang)位發生變(bian)化,導(dao)致電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)波(bo)動大,無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)增(zeng)大,浪費電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能。而通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容補償柜進行無功(gong)(gong)因素的(de)補償,可以(yi)(yi)有(you)效的(de)解決這個問題,提(ti)供(gong)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效率(lv)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容補償柜的(de)自動補償裝置可以(yi)(yi)根(gen)據用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)負荷的(de)變(bian)化,自動設置電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容組數的(de)投入(ru),減低大量無功(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,從而減少無功(gong)(gong)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
電容(rong)柜的原(yuan)理
低壓電(dian)容(rong)(rong)柜(ju)中的(de)電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器是容(rong)(rong)性(xing)(xing)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)裝置(zhi),與感性(xing)(xing)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)裝置(zhi)連(lian)接在同(tong)一電(dian)路(lu)中,當容(rong)(rong)性(xing)(xing)負(fu)荷(he)釋(shi)放能(neng)量時(shi)(shi),感性(xing)(xing)負(fu)荷(he)吸收(shou)能(neng)量,當感性(xing)(xing)負(fu)荷(he)釋(shi)放能(neng)量時(shi)(shi),容(rong)(rong)性(xing)(xing)負(fu)荷(he)吸收(shou)能(neng)量,能(neng)量在兩者之間轉換。這樣感性(xing)(xing)負(fu)荷(he)吸收(shou)的(de)無(wu)功功率(lv)可由容(rong)(rong)性(xing)(xing)負(fu)荷(he)輸出(chu)的(de)無(wu)功功率(lv)得到補償(chang),從而將控制因素控制在0.9以上(shang)。這就是電(dian)容(rong)(rong)柜(ju)的(de)補償(chang)原(yuan)理。
