After-sales Instruction

致尊(zun)敬的(de)用戶：

To respected users:

      在(zai)您(nin)的支持和信任之下，為保障(zhang)您(nin)的利益，使您(nin)得到(dao)更好更優質的服務，我司在(zai)此做(zuo)出(chu)如下承諾： 

      With your support and trust, in order to protect your interest and provide you with better and higher-quality service, we guarantee as followings:

一、安裝前準備工作 Preparative works before installation

 1. 我方所提(ti)供(gong)的設備(bei)質量優良(liang)，嶄新(xin)未經使用，已通過出廠質量檢驗，包裝良(liang)好，適(shi)合(he)長途運輸(shu)。

The product we provided is of high-quality, and in accordance with the quality standard set by the manufacturer. With fine packing, the equipment will keep all right in long distance transportation.

2. 發貨(huo)前(qian)10天我(wo)(wo)方以書(shu)面(mian)形(xing)式將設備(bei)(bei)安裝的(de)準備(bei)(bei)條件通知用戶，在得到用戶書(shu)面(mian)發貨(huo)要求后，我(wo)(wo)方將準時發貨(huo)。

     We will notify the end-users about the preparation work of the equipment’s installation before 20 days the consignment in writing form, upon the receipt of the consignment notification; we will deliver the goods in time.

二、質(zhi)保(bao)期內所(suo)提供服(fu)務 The service provided within the warranty period.

1.我(wo)們保證為(wei)貨物提供為(wei)期二年的(de)保修，保修時(shi)間從驗收簽字起計算。在質保期內我(wo)方(fang)將嚴(yan)格遵(zun)守中華人民共和國(guo)的(de)相(xiang)關(guan)法(fa)律(lv)和法(fa)規對(dui)貨物提供“三包”等售(shou)后服務(wu),除非合同(tong)另行規定(ding)。

We will provide 1 year of warranty period beginning from the signing of the certificate of acceptance,  We will faithfully abide by the relevant laws, statutes and regulations promulgated by the People’s Republic of China and provide “Three Guarantees” and other after-sales services concerning the Goods, unless stipulated otherwise in the Contract

2.在(zai)保修期內(nei)(nei)由(you)我方(fang)(fang)設備出(chu)現的(de)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)，我方(fang)(fang)將(jiang)在(zai)持續不斷48小時(shi)內(nei)(nei)響應，接到(dao)通知(zhi)后(hou)3個工(gong)作日之內(nei)(nei)到(dao)現場服(fu)務，并進行(xing)維修，直至(zhi)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)完(wan)全排(pai)除，設備完(wan)全恢復正(zheng)常為止(zhi)。在(zai)修理(li)(li)之后(hou)，我方(fang)(fang)將(jiang)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)成因、補救(jiu)措施、完(wan)成修理(li)(li)及(ji)恢復正(zheng)常的(de)時(shi)間和日期等報告給業主，報告一(yi)式兩份。

  We will respond within continuous 48 hours concerning the malfunction of the equipments (non-artificial factors), upon receipt of the notice, we will provide on-site service within 3 working days. After the repair, we will submit a report in duplicate concerning of the cause, remediation measure, schedule etc. 

3.我(wo)們(men)在國(guo)內設(she)有(you)（或委托）長期常駐維(wei)修機構處理所有(you)維(wei)修服(fu)務，并配有(you)專(zhuan)職的、具有(you)三年以(yi)上相應工作(zuo)經驗的技術(shu)人員。備品(pin)備件等供應充(chong)足完全可(ke)以(yi)滿(man)足用戶五(wu)年所需。在委托國(guo)內長期常駐維(wei)修機構承擔維(wei)修服(fu)務時，我(wo)們(men)將提供具有(you)法律效力的相關證明文(wen)件。

We have (or entrust) permanent facilities in China to provide repair and maintenance services stationed with professional technical personnel with three years of similar experience. The spare parts are sufficient to meet the needs of the users for five years. If entrust permanent facilities in China to do such work, we will provide the relevant legally effective certificates.

4 在保修(xiu)期結(jie)束時，須由(you)專(zhuan)業工程師對設備進行另一次測試，任何缺(que)陷(非人為因素)由(you)我方負責(ze)修(xiu)理。

The engineers will take another test，we will be in charge of the repair upon any malfunction(non-artificial factor

三(san)、質保期(qi)后三(san)年內所提供服務

1.服(fu)務(wu)范圍(wei): 我方將負(fu)責幫(bang)助需(xu)方維修設(she)備在此期(qi)間出現的(de)故障(zhang)；提供(gong)設(she)備所需(xu)的(de)備品(pin)備件以滿足長期(qi)使用(yong)；

Scope of service: maintenance. supply of the spare parts. for a long term

2.服務(wu)期限： 質保期后(hou)三年內

Service period: 3 years beyond the warranty period

3.服務(wu)內(nei)容： 設(she)備維護維修，繼續培訓,備件供(gong)應

Content of service: maintenance, repair, continuous training，supply of the spare parts.

4.服務費用 ：視情(qing)況(kuang)而定。

Service charge: subject to conditions.

5.不承擔(dan)內容 ：人為因(yin)素造成(cheng)的損壞

Exemption of duty: artificial factor
