原(yuan)來日(ri)常用電(dian)(dian)設備中除了電(dian)(dian)阻性負(fu)載,大(da)部分是(shi)感性負(fu)載,像日(ri)光(guang)燈、變壓(ya)(ya)器、發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機等。這(zhe)些感性負(fu)載,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)源相(xiang)位發(fa)生變化(hua),導致電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)波動(dong)(dong)大(da),無功(gong)功(gong)率增大(da),浪費電(dian)(dian)能(neng)。而通過電(dian)(dian)容(rong)補償柜進行無功(gong)因素的(de)補償,可(ke)以有效的(de)解決這(zhe)個問題,提供供電(dian)(dian)效率。電(dian)(dian)容(rong)補償柜的(de)自動(dong)(dong)補償裝置可(ke)以根據(ju)用電(dian)(dian)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)變化(hua),自動(dong)(dong)設置電(dian)(dian)容(rong)組數的(de)投入(ru),減低大(da)量無功(gong)電(dian)(dian)流,從(cong)而減少無功(gong)用電(dian)(dian)。
電容柜的(de)原理
低壓電(dian)(dian)容(rong)柜中的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器是容(rong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷的裝置(zhi),與感(gan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷的裝置(zhi)連接在(zai)同一電(dian)(dian)路中,當(dang)容(rong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷釋放能量時(shi),感(gan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷吸(xi)收能量,當(dang)感(gan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷釋放能量時(shi),容(rong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷吸(xi)收能量,能量在(zai)兩者之間(jian)轉換(huan)。這樣感(gan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷吸(xi)收的無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率可(ke)由容(rong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷輸出的無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率得到補償(chang),從而將控(kong)制因素控(kong)制在(zai)0.9以上。這就是電(dian)(dian)容(rong)柜的補償(chang)原(yuan)理。
