原來日(ri)常(chang)用(yong)電(dian)設(she)備中除了電(dian)阻性(xing)負載(zai),大(da)(da)部分是(shi)感(gan)性(xing)負載(zai),像日(ri)光燈、變(bian)壓器(qi)、發動機等。這(zhe)些感(gan)性(xing)負載(zai),使電(dian)源相位(wei)發生變(bian)化,導致電(dian)壓波動大(da)(da),無功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)增(zeng)大(da)(da),浪費(fei)電(dian)能。而(er)通過電(dian)容(rong)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)柜進行(xing)無功(gong)因素的(de)(de)補(bu)償(chang)(chang),可(ke)以(yi)(yi)有效的(de)(de)解決這(zhe)個問題,提供(gong)供(gong)電(dian)效率(lv)。電(dian)容(rong)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)柜的(de)(de)自動補(bu)償(chang)(chang)裝置可(ke)以(yi)(yi)根據用(yong)電(dian)負荷的(de)(de)變(bian)化,自動設(she)置電(dian)容(rong)組(zu)數的(de)(de)投入,減低大(da)(da)量(liang)無功(gong)電(dian)流,從而(er)減少無功(gong)用(yong)電(dian)。
電容柜的原理
低壓電(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)柜中(zhong)的(de)電(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器是(shi)容(rong)(rong)(rong)性負(fu)荷的(de)裝(zhuang)置,與感(gan)性負(fu)荷的(de)裝(zhuang)置連接在(zai)同一電(dian)路中(zhong),當容(rong)(rong)(rong)性負(fu)荷釋放(fang)能量時(shi),感(gan)性負(fu)荷吸(xi)收能量,當感(gan)性負(fu)荷釋放(fang)能量時(shi),容(rong)(rong)(rong)性負(fu)荷吸(xi)收能量,能量在(zai)兩者之(zhi)間轉(zhuan)換。這樣感(gan)性負(fu)荷吸(xi)收的(de)無功(gong)功(gong)率可由容(rong)(rong)(rong)性負(fu)荷輸出(chu)的(de)無功(gong)功(gong)率得到(dao)補償,從(cong)而將控制(zhi)(zhi)因(yin)素控制(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)0.9以(yi)上。這就是(shi)電(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)柜的(de)補償原理。
