外(wai)殼(ke)選用鋼板(ban)或許合(he)金板(ban),配有雙層(ceng)頂蓋(gai),隔熱(re)性好。外(wai)殼(ke)及骨架全部通過防(fang)腐處理,具有長時(shi)間戶外(wai)運用的條件。外(wai)形及色彩可與環境(jing)彼(bi)此協調一致。裝置便利,在箱式變電(dian)站(zhan)的根底下(xia)面設有電(dian)纜室(shi),而在低壓(ya)室(shi)內設有人(ren)孔(kong)可進入(ru)電(dian)纜室(shi)進行作業。
電纜(lan)分支箱從體(ti)積(ji)上看(kan),歐式箱變因為(wei)內部裝置常規(gui)開關柜及變壓(ya)器,產品體(ti)積(ji)較大(da)。美式箱變因為(wei)選用(yong)一體(ti)化(hua)裝置體(ti)積(ji)較小。
散熱問(wen)題是(shi)(shi)現有(you)箱(xiang)式變電站(zhan)存在的(de)(de)主要(yao)問(wen)題之一,與之相關的(de)(de)問(wen)題還有(you)通風(feng)和防塵問(wen)題,3個問(wen)題互(hu)相影(ying)響和制約(yue)。溫升是(shi)(shi)太(tai)陽輻射(she)熱經箱(xiang)體(ti)傳人箱(xiang)內及箱(xiang)內變壓(ya)(ya)器、補償電容器等發熱引起的(de)(de)。箱(xiang)體(ti)內溫升過(guo)(guo)高會(hui)影(ying)響高低壓(ya)(ya)設(she)備和元(yuan)器件的(de)(de)正常(chang)運(yun)(yun)行,而要(yao)降低溫度(du)(du)。就要(yao)加強通風(feng)進行散熱,這又會(hui)引起安全防護和防塵的(de)(de)問(wen)題。我國大部分(fen)地(di)區,夏季比(bi)較炎熱,氣溫較高,由(you)于箱(xiang)式站(zhan)結構(gou)緊湊,變壓(ya)(ya)器內體(ti)積小,導致(zhi)變壓(ya)(ya)器溫度(du)(du)很高,再加之變壓(ya)(ya)器在運(yun)(yun)行過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中要(yao)產生大量的(de)(de)熱量,此時(shi)通過(guo)(guo)自然(ran)通風(feng)散熱已經很難滿足要(yao)求了,有(you)時(shi)室內溫度(du)(du)甚(shen)至超過(guo)(guo)50℃,嚴重增加了運(yun)(yun)行設(she)備的(de)(de)損耗和故障率。
